Judy’s research explores how models, concepts and metaphors of addiction, drug use and people who use drugs play out in policy environments and treatment responses in China. Judy has a disciplinary background in international development, communications, and social and cultural theory.

Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Writing and Contemporary Cultures), University of Technology, Sydney

Masters in Social Science (International Development), Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT)
