Liz is currently undertaking a PhD in the Melbourne office of the National Drug Research Institute. Her research focuses on the perceptions and understandings that youth drug users hold concerning addiction and how these concepts relate to their own and others’ alcohol and other drug use. Liz has a background in the study of recreational drug use and the ‘normalisation’ of methamphetamine use.
